It is my highest honor and joy to support women. If you feel a resonance and want to work together, I trust we can make that possible. I am open to creating a package that feels supportive for both of us. The minimum package is 10,000 kr and includes 2 in person prenatal visits in your home, 1 one-hour phone prenatal check in, being on call for your birth + attending your birth and one postpartum visit + 1 postpartum phone call.  Payments plans possible. While I prefer to have much more in-person time with women to create a foundation of trust, safety and connection, I understand that every financial situation is different.

My FULL package (14,000 kr, payment plans available) is as follows:

5 prenatal visits of around 2 hours each + 2 visits postpartum. Phone call and text support as needed. I am on call from week 38 until you give birth and I stay with you during your birth process and until your baby is lying peacefully on your chest. I can craft placenta medicine (smoothie, tincture) if desired, and also make placenta pills for an additional 1,200 kr. ​​​

Prenatal Sessions vary based on each individual woman's needs. This is a unique and important element of being a sovereign birth witness: I have capacity to meet you exactly where you are on your journey and take the time through many sessions to both create care + trust between us and explore whatever topics feel relevant to you. My work is the opposite of the birth support offered by the system, where you often do not know your provider/midwife and a real sense of intimacy and humanity is missing. During our sessions, we share stories, laughter and tea so our animal bodies feel a safety resonance.  Our sessions can include any of the following:

Physiological Birth Review: 

with a strong emphasis on how to create an undisturbed birth which honors and protects the MOTHER + BABY DYAD, the hormonal blueprint of birth and the embedded gifts of women owning our power to birth our babies

Myth-busting: an exploration of current culturally accepted birth practices vs biologically aligned birth and assessment of what feels true in YOUR specific body

Spiritual + Somatic Support:

meditation and movement practices, maiden to mother ceremony, health, nutrition and wellness resources & recommendations, gentle massage, resources for herbal + plant allies, investigation of your own birth story and the emotional pathways that has created, releasing conditioning around birth + reprogramming the consciousness to trust birth, investigating various personas (good girl, people pleaser, doormat etc) that prevent us from activating our inner authority

Postpartum Wellness:

Planning a postpartum that is restorative and intentional. Conscious outlining of motherhood intentions, nutritive and movement supportive resources

Our sessions are focused on supporting you to own your power and take responsibility for your choices, body and baby.

Furthermore, I attend your birth. I bear witness to your power. I hold your story. 

​

The way I work is different from many doulas because I have consciously decided to NOT wear the hero cape. You don't need saved, in fact, you don't need me! I believe anyone who works in birth and claims they are ESSENTIAL to the birth process, does not truly understand nor honor birth.

Because I understand that birth works best when uninterrupted and a woman's animal body feels safe, I take a less-is-more approach. I do not come with the energy of having a toolbox of techniques or natural pain-management in an attempt to alter a woman's birth process. I will not offer rebozo or homeopathy. I believe in the innate power of women's bodies, therefore what I offer is a clear and confident energy body in the room, a regulated nervous system who is able to anchor deep calm and trust into the space. I am The Witness. Women don't need more. Of course, I am present to serve a woman however she requests, but I wait for her initiation - there is an important distinction here. Trusting a woman to guide her own process, instead of insisting I can 'help' her.

Because I am not a midwife and have no license to protect, I hold no authority over you, nor do i have an agenda to make you "comply" (we sadly see constant coercion within medicalized birth, because routine policy requires that women follow guidelines, creating toxic hierarchy and placing women out of the authority space in their own births) I do not bring fear energy or place myself in the role of hero or expert. I am present as a sister who trusts YOU and your biological design - YOU are the expert. I offer my consciously regulated nervous system and steadfast devotion to the genius of our female physiology.

Postpartum: Motherhood is the most soul-altering transformation a woman can undergo. I believe the immediate postpartum period requires a village of support to create an environment able to uphold the layered change happening within and without the new mama.

I have structured my postpartum visits to weave a container through the phases of new motherhood and allow for true integration of the birth experience. I generally visit women day 2 or 3 and again between 2-4 weeks postpartum. 

My presence is flexible based on your desires, though I have found this spacing to be a supportive bridge from birth into motherhood, as we knit together your story and mothering experiences. During our postpartum visits, I offer gentle massage, herbal aid, ritual and ceremony, integration support, and a safe space to share, process and be witnessed in. We can also focus on the conscious initiation of you into motherhood, examining what your values and intentions are in your newfound motherhood.
